We collect information from you so that we can help design and implement financial planning and investment planning services for you, as well as comply with the federal and state laws and regulations that govern us.
1. It is our firm’s policy not to disclose any information whatsoever about any of our clients to any other client, prospective client or any outside party. There are only three exceptions to this rule. First, we must disclose any information required on any valid court-issued subpoena. Second, we may disclose any information that you authorize us to release based on prior written consent. Third, we have documentation that the recipient is your authorized representative. Arrangements with companies or independent contractors not affiliated with Prosperity Liftoff will be subject to confidentiality agreements.
2. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We will not publish, share, or sell your email address in any way. We may occasionally send you market commentaries, educational videos, blog posts or company updates. But you may opt-out of these notification emails if you wish to do so.
3. All employees sign an agreement acknowledging that they are aware of and will abide by our privacy policy. The violation of this policy is grounds for immediate termination.

(For example, federal regulations permit us to share a limited amount of information about you with a brokerage firm in order to execute securities transactions on your behalf, or so that our firm can discuss your financial situation with your accountant or lawyer.)

If, at any time in the future, it is necessary to disclose any of your personal information in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will give you advance notice of the proposed change so you will have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.
